How to place an order?

It is simple to place an order

  • Find the item you want and add to cart.
  • Check out shopping cart. Here you can estimate your shipping fee.
  • Fill out your shipping info and select shipping and payment method and click ‘place order now’. Then continue to pay for your order.

 

 

How to check order status?

Login your account and then you will find your order status, mainly 4 kinds of status of your order, ‘pending’, ‘paid’, ‘processing’ and ‘shipped’.

‘ Pending’ means your order has not been paid. You can click ‘reorder’ to continue to pay it.

‘Paid’ means that your order has been paid already and waits for us to process.

‘Processing’ means we have received your order and start to prepare it.

‘Shipped’ means your order package has been shipped already. You can check its shipping status by using the tracking

 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order by yourself before you pay, while please contact our service@yoyomelody.com if your order is in ‘processing’ status. You cannot make any change to order which has been shipped.

 

How to cancel an order?

If your order is in ‘pending’ status, please login your account to cancel it by yourself. Or please contact our  service@yoyomelody.com for help.

Processing&Shipping FAQs

How about the processing time?

Normal items need 3-5 processing days.

As for dresses, we need more days to tailor.

Special Occasion Dresses: 20-25 days

Wedding Dresses: 20-25 days

Bridal Party Dresses: 20-25 days

 

What about the shipping time?

It usually takes 7-10 working days. A couple of days differ from regions.

 

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost all countries around the world, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

 

Can I choose my desired shipping company?

Please contact our service@yoyomelody.com if you need we ship your order by your desired shipping company. Choosing your desired courier may cause extra shipping fee at your side.

 

How to know the delivery time?

We will send your tracking no. to the email address you left when you place order after your order package shipped. Then you can use the tracking no. to find where it is on the tracking site in the email. Once released by your customs, it will get to you in 1-2 days.

Return&Refund FAQs

Return

  • Please contact our service@yoyomelody.com to issue the problem and provide us with photo proofs.
  • The items for return must be in original condition. We will not refund if there is any dust, dirty spot, change and so on. For dresses, we will charge 30% restock fee.
  • Please note that any item return without notifying us will not be refunded.
  • The shipping fee for return should be paid by you.

 

Refund

After we received the return items, we will refund you in 3 to 7 working days. Rush order fee and the shipping cost you paid is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

What kind of material are your dresses usually made of?

Our dresses are usually made of Chiffon, Organza, Satin, Silk, Silk-Like Satin, Taffeta and Tulle.

Chiffon: Delicate, sheer, and transparent -- made from silk or rayon, with a soft finish; often layered because of its transparency, making it popular for overskirts, sheer sleeves, and wraps.

Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, with a stiffer texture similar in effect to tulle, but more flowing; popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays.

Satin: A heavy, smooth fabric with a high sheen on one side; very common in bridal gowns.

Silk: The most sought-after, cherished fiber for wedding dresses (and also the most expensive).

Silk-Like Satin: A smooth silk satin, with a glossy front and matte back.

Taffeta: Crisp and smooth, with a slight rib.

Tulle: Netting made of silk, nylon, or rayon; used primarily for skirts and veils (think ballerina tutus).

 

 

How to decide my size?

Measure your size and choose a standard size or send us your custom measurements. Please view our Size Chart Prior to selecting your size to order. We suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. Even if there is some fluctuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a side seam margin for modification or alteration.

 

How to measure my size?

Below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

What is the production time for a dress?

Whether you choose a standard size or send us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Below is for wedding dresses, bridal party dresses and special occasion dresses. We pride ourselves on the standard processing time while all our dresses are made with guarantee quality, gorgeous in the design and every detail, comfy fit as well.

Can I modify a dress’ design such as style/fabric/length?

We usually do not advise modification. Please contact our  service@yoyomelody.com if you need to modify.

 

What should I do if the size is not fit?

We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress. But the shipping fee to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account. We usually advise you to As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the dress may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

 

What modifications and alterations are usually done to a dress to make it fit?

A number of alterations can be made:

  • Side seams and Back Seams - The side seams and back seams in the torso can be taken in or let out to make a wedding dress fit a bride. This is true even for gowns ordered to size. Wedding gowns are usually made to allow the side seams to be let out up to 3 inches or 1-2 sizes. Additionally, the back seams often can be let out slightly to size up further.
  • Shoulders - It is also common for shoulder seams to be taken in to bring up a gown.
  • Hem - The length of a dress can be shortened only and is affected by the height of the shoe you are planning to wear. Some gowns can only be shortened from the waist. Other gowns can only be shortened by taking up the hemline.
  • Bustle - The bustle is a way to hook the train up in the back so that the dress can be worn comfortably after the ceremony. Bustling a dress is part of the alterations for any gown that has an attached train.

Can you make dresses that are not listed in your store?

We have factory and we offer customization service. We can make dresses that not listed in our store. Please contact our service@yoyomelody.com when you want this service and provide us with information we need as much as possible.

 

Do you sell fabric swatches or can I buy material directly from you?

We do have fabric swatches available for purchase for only $19.99 (shipping fee not included) per fabric type such as satin, chiffon and taffeta.
